Collin Shockley, Controller for Fleske Holding Company, is a well-rounded executive-level accountant having held various roles within the private sector and governmental organizations. He brings vital FP&A, treasury management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), purchase accounting, investor relations, and ERP management knowledge to the firm.

He most recently held the position of Treasury Manager at American Farmers and Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company, where his extensive Treasury Management knowledge was utilized to facilitate the rebuilding and rebranding of AFR’s internal Treasury department. He served as the Manager of Treasury and Cash Management for an Oklahoma based oil and gas company from 2016 to 2020. In this capacity, Collin developed the Treasury department from the ground up, expanded the investor base and acted as the liaison between multiple fiduciary entities for numerous M&A deals.

Collin holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy and Economics from Southern Nazarene University. He places a strong emphasis on personal and professional growth. He enjoys mentoring and fostering innovative collaboration with his colleagues. He is active in the local and surrounding communities, he is a current member of Canterbury Voices and he enjoys his time spent volunteering for the Toby Keith Foundation and the Citizens Advisory Board of Norman.

Hailing from the great state of Alaska, he enjoys the outdoors and the beauty it offers. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family, his two Boston Terriers Allie Mae and Hattie Marie, and cheering on the Sooners in Norman each Saturday in the fall.
