Brooklyn Hartwig is a recent graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where she earned a BBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship, along with a Certificate in Real Estate Finance. Certified in ARGUS Enterprise and CoStar Commercial Real Estate Analytics, she brings a strong foundation in financial modeling, commercial real estate analytics, and investor advising.

Brooklyn began her journey with Fleske Commercial Group as an Intern in 2024, quickly standing out for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness to contribute. In her current role, she supports the finance and development team through property underwriting, investor reporting and relationships, and strategic market research.

Her hands-on experience includes producing investor reports, evaluating property enhancements, assisting with development initiatives, and participating in high-level meetings alongside company leadership. A 4.0 GPA and honors such as the JCPenney Leadership Program and the University of Oklahoma President’s Honor Roll reflect her commitment to excellence. Brooklyn is also a recipient of multiple academic scholarships—including the Russel and Margaret Frakes Memorial Scholarship and the Joe R. Love Scholarship—underscoring her dedication and performance.

Passionate about relationship-building and long-term success, she is recognized for her strong work ethic, creative problem-solving, and collaborative spirit. Brooklyn is also deeply invested in community service, mentoring individuals with special needs and volunteering for organizations such as the Bravehearts special needs cheer team.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and staying active, always seeking growth personally, professionally, and in service to others.
