Marissa Brooks joined Fleske Commercial Group (FCG) in 2014 as an Executive Assistant and quickly progressed to the position of Asset Manager at Touchstone Management. In her role, Marissa is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance, management, and tenant relations of the FCG's investment portfolio. Additionally, Marissa has taken on the role of project manager for tenant improvements and buildouts, collaborating with the FCG team and contractors to ensure smooth transitions during property transitions.

Marissa possesses valuable strengths, including her adeptness at handling challenging situations and her willingness to embrace any obstacle. She thrives in a dynamic environment, consistently demonstrating her dedication to enhancing the experiences of both tenants and owners. She truly cares about the success of our tenant's and clients' properties.

Prior to joining Touchstone Management, Marissa gained experience in the banking and insurance industries. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University and obtained her real estate license in 2016. Furthermore, Marissa recently achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 2023.
