Rachelle is genuine, proactive and has a practical approach to creating systems and anticipating challenges––all important qualities in FCG’s Chief Operating Officer. To Rachelle, every day is a unique project and she enjoys strategically managing, developing and overseeing activities that span across department teams while inspiring a collaborative atmosphere. An organized skillset, coupled with her ability to be flexible and creative when it comes to adapting to daily changes and priorities, enables her to remain focused and have fun in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.

Rachelle joined the commercial real estate industry after spending 19 years in social and community services. Her previous experiences have prepared Rachelle to create and foster thriving relationships with staff and clients of all ages and backgrounds. She is truly passionate about developing peer relationships that positively enhance the work environment and drive meaningful team and professional development. Rachelle works hard to influence a positive customer service approach and deliver on client and tenant expectations. This benefits the company and meets Rachelle’s need of conducting business in a best practice manner.

Outside of work, genuine relationships remain key for Rachelle, along with solo activities like loud car karaoke, watching B-rated horror movies and searching the internet for hysterical images of cats in wigs. Rachelle revels in eating her husband’s cooking and can often be heard begging one or both of her children to sit down and please watch just ONE bad movie!
